We will make you feel right at home! I grew up in Carthage, TN, where my dad owned his own business and I learned a lot from him about business and customer care. I love what I do, mostly because of the people who walk through the door everyday. They encourage me and make me laugh and sometimes even make me cry. I am very fortunate to be able to touch lives daily and have the career of my dreams...now that is pretty good for a small town girl! I am all about growing and changing to best fit the customers needs and so the Initial This website has launched....but if you are in town or driving through, please stop by and let myself or my amazing staff help you in person.
